H2S Safety Training

The course aims to provide the delegates knowledge about the procedures, legal requirements (according applicable local, national and international standards) and safe working practices that team has to follow while working in a an area where H 2 S might be present. Based on International and national safety standards, the course aims to enlighten the delegates about reasonably practicable methodologies applicable to industry.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of the session, the delegates should be able to:

• Understand current legislation regarding H 2 S Safety
• Risk Assessment associated H 2 S
• Testing and monitoring of the atmosphere
• Implement control measures to eliminate or reduce potential risk
• Organizing and implementing appropriate accident and emergency procedures
• The safe use and maintenance of working breathing apparatus (BA)
